Machine and Equipment Operator (m/f/d)

As a second-generation family business, KARL Verpackungen, one of the largest packaging manufacturers in the region, stands for values such as commitment and innovation. The focus is on optimal and sustainable paper and plastic packaging.
With our modern machinery, we print with up to 12 colors in flexographic printing, coat, laminate, and assemble films and bags of various designs. Sustainable solutions are particularly important to us. Therefore, we also manufacture compostable product packaging, among other things.
We are looking for reinforcement for our production in the assembly area!

Your responsibilities:
- You operate our production equipment in the assembly area.
- You manufacture packaging products according to specifications and orders.
- You record materials, production quantities, etc. using data terminals.
- You are responsible for the clean and proper condition of the machines and your workplace.
- You will monitor the quality of your work results.
What you should ideally bring:
- You have completed vocational training, preferably as a machine and equipment operator (m/f/d).
- You have already gained initial experience in operating machines and equipment.
- You have technical understanding.
- You hold a driver’s license and own a car.
- You are characterized by a precise and sustainable working method.
- Working in a 2-shift system is not a problem for you.
