With our modern machinery, we print with up to 12 colors, laminate, and assemble films and bags in various designs. Since sustainable solutions are particularly important to us, we also manufacture compostable product packaging, among other things.

Machine and plant operator is a 2-year apprenticeship. The training takes place in one specialization; for us, it is metal and plastics technology. The vocational school is located in Gera.
What do you bring?
- A good secondary school certificate,
- Knowledge of physics is an advantage,
- Technical understanding,
- Good observation skills,
- Diligence when handling tools and machines.
You will learn with us:
- Monitoring production processes,
- Preparing workflows,
- Controlling and monitoring material flows,
- Machine maintenance (e.g., replacing wear parts),
- Checking machine functions
