Print Operator (m/f/d)

Karl Verpackungen GmbH is a regionally based family business with values such as commitment and innovation. Our focus is on sustainable and individual film and paper packaging for our customers. With our modern machinery, we print with up to 12 colors in flexographic printing, coat, laminate, and assemble films and bags of various designs. Since sustainable solutions are particularly important to us, we also produce compostable product packaging, among other things.

You have completed vocational training as a

Media Technologist Print, Printer (m/f/d), Media Technologist Print Processing (m/f/d), or you are a career changer (m/f/d) with technical training.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing, preparing, and returning all required materials as per print order.
  • You inspect the materials provided.
  • You set up and adjust the printing machine.
  • You perform the proof print and register adjustment on the printing machine.
  • You monitor quality.
  • You are responsible for installing and checking the printing plates and anilox rollers.
  • You store retention samples.
  • You document production data.

What you should ideally bring:

  • Flexibility, a strong sense of responsibility, and a highly independent working approach.
  • Willingness to work shifts.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for the job.
  • Business-oriented thinking and acting.
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle.
