Single- or double-compartment lab bag with sealing strip (1), flap closure (2), slide (3) or press-seal closure (4), as well as a tear-open aid under the flap or at the bottom of the bag (5). Opening upon sample receipt is possible without any tools. The product can be supplied with or without absorber.

Challenges and solutions:
- The problem: Laboratories generate a large amount of plastic waste, for example from sample bags and packaging materials, which leads to high disposal and recycling costs.
- The solution: To optimize the recycling process, a special technique is used that converts used plastic packaging into compact blocks during the disposal process in the laboratory. These blocks can then be collected and transferred into the recycling loop using special logistics processes (raw material manufacturer with Recyclass certification).
How it works
How the solution works:
- Pressing and compacting: With the help of heat, the plastic bags are compressed into solid, handy blocks in a process.
- Logistics: The compacted plastic blocks are stacked in reusable containers and collected regularly to pass them on into the recycling process (raw material manufacturer with Recyclass certification)
- Purity of materials: Simple operation of the machine and clear instructions ensure that only clean, single-type plastic waste enters the loop.
